Do you have Gum Disease?

Periodontology or periodontics is the specialty of dentistry that studies supporting structures of teeth, as well as disease and conditions that affect them. At Amirad Family Dentistry patients are examined for gum disease and if they need advice on how to prevent the disease, they will be carefully and patiently explained and if they need treatment, either primary treatment such as medication or scaling and root planning or advanced treatment such as flap surgery, soft tissue and bone grafting, it is performed. Also laser is used if needed for ease of treatment.
